Learn how your personality preferences can play a role in your career decision making and approach to leadership. Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as a model for determining your preferences, Amy Blackburn and Greg Bocchino will lead you through exercises to identify your MBTI type and consider your strengths and areas for improvement.
