Kaitlin Harlow ’19 is double majoring in Media and Journalism and Global Studies with a Hispanic Studies Minor. worked at the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA) for two months as one of eight Sally Yudelman interns. WOLA is a nonprofit in Washington D.C. that promotes human rights in the Americas through a unique combination of research, strategic lobbying, on-the-ground relationships and advocacy work. Maggie Budd is double majoring in Media and Journalism and Global Studies. Budd traveled to Limuru, Kenya with Freedom Global who is based out of Durham, NC where she interned. Freedom Global’s mission is to alleviate poverty in Kenya through businesses, education and discipleship. and she got the opportunity to engage in all three areas. Read more>>

Abby Cmiel ’19 is double majoring in Political Science and Global Studies. She spent her summer interning with ID Social, a small consulting firm based in Bogotá, Colombia. The conflict and peace agreements, sustainable tourism, the coffee industry, language barriers, and entrepreneurship each served as markers of her time. Read more>>
