The Russian Flagship Program, a federally funded initiative, provides UNC Chapel Hill students of all majors the unique opportunity to gain a professional level of Russian language proficiency as well as tangible work experience in their field of interest through coursework at UNC and an overseas Capstone year in Kazakstan.
