In conjunction with its 25th anniversary events, the Transatlantic Master’s Program will host an alumni panel on Friday, September 15th at 4pm EST.

This will be an in-person event with hors d’oeuvres. A zoom option will also be available.

Featured Panelists:

Erin Minthorn, a Texas native, is part of TAM’s Class of 2006. She studied in Prague and Bath. After TAM, Erin relocated to DC and worked initially for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She then joined the U.S. Department of State as part of the Foreign Service for ten years, serving overseas in Beirut, Lebanon and London, United Kingdom, as well as several positions in Washington DC. After three years at Raytheon Technologies as part of its International Government Relations team, Erin joined Resilience (National Resilience, Inc.), a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, where she now serves as Head of Government Affairs.

Tobin Wiliamson ’12 is the Advocacy Manager with the Maine Immigrants’ Rights Coalition and part of the Aspen Institute’s Rising Leaders Program. He has previously worked in a couple of U.S. Congressional Offices and Consulates General, with international relations playing a prominent role in his prior roles. He loves living in New England but is always happy to connect with TAM graduates, students, and potential students.
Lauren Gaillard ’17, is a TransAtlantic Masters (TAM) graduate. She serves as the Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Bard College Berlin in Germany. Before assuming this position, Lauren served as the co-director and co-founder of the Techstart Program at CODE University of Applied Sciences where she supported people from historically marginalized communities, specifically those with a forced migration or migrant background to up-skill in tech and find an entry-level position in the field of digital product development across Germany.

In addition to this work, she enjoys being a consultant and speaker for start-ups and ed-tech programs looking to further their DEI initiatives related to strategy, governance, migration and integration, inclusive tech, and Blackness in Europe, and now also finds joy and a great sense of responsibility serving as an expert on DEI admission criteria for the Fulbright Studienstipendium program.

She holds an M.A. in Transatlantic relations in political science and a B.A. in sports administration with a minor in music from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
