Red Tie Affair – GlobalMed at UNC

GlobeMed is hosting an event called Red Tie Affair on November 19th in the Great Hall. Doors will open at 5:30 and the event will include a dinner, performances by student groups (Cadence, Kamikazi, Bhangra Elite and more), and a speech by Benjamin Mason Meier, JD, LLM, PhD on “The History of how HIV/AID launched a movement towards health as a human right.”

Tickets are $5 and all proceeds will go to our partner in Uganda who focuses on community development and sustainable health solutions.
