North Korea’s Nuclear Threat: The Options for China, South Korea, and the United States

The speaker, Mr. Sungmin Jang, is committed to share his observations and insights on North Korean nuclear issues and peace on the Korean Peninsula. Mr. Jang previously served as Chief of Staff for Monitoring State Affairs under President Kim Dae-jung and was a Member of the Korean National Assembly. He is currently the President of the World and Northeast Asia Peace Forum and Director of the Korean Association of International Studies. His most recent book is China’s Push, America’s Holdout: Korea at a crossroads and the hegemonic clash of the U.S. and China.
