
Klaus Larres
Klaus Larres will speak on the research he conducted this year at the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik in Berlin, Germany’s leading think tank on international and security affairs. Additionally, he will discuss his recent trip to South and North Korea and North Korea as a factor in Chinese and Western foreign policies.
