Food for Thought: Benjamin Meier on Global Public Health Policy

FreeBenjamin Meier is an associate professor of Global Health Policy in the Public Policy department and in the department of Health Policy and Management at the Gillings School of Global Public Health. He received his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Cornell University in 1998, studied public, international and comparative law at Cornell Law School in 2001, and received his doctorate in sociomedical sciences from Columbia University in 2009. His research interests include health and human rights, global health governance, water policy and public health law. In addition to academia, he has worked for the World Health Organization and several global health institutes.
