Eminence is a public health conference held each year by GlobeMed, the largest student-led public health organization at UNC-Chapel Hill. This year, we will be learning more about how COVID-19 has exacerbated health disparities in racial and ethnic minority populations in the United States. Eminence will take place over 2 days: November 4th from 7-8:30pm and November 5th from 6-7:30pm. We would love for you to join us to hear from our amazing speakers: Dr. Kori Flower, Dr. Christel Wekon-Kemeni, Dr. Arrianna Planey, Dr. Emma Sandoe, and Valerie Arendt. We will also be having a Q&A with the speakers and a discussion after the presentations. Eminence is open to the public and free of charge, so please invite your friends to join us as well!
Once you register here, you will receive a Zoom link to attend the event.
