Celebration of Undergraduate Research

April 18, 2016 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Poster-Session-CUR2014-photo-by-Dan-Sears-e1426005824431The Celebration of Undergraduate Research (CUR) is an annual research symposium for UNC undergrads held in the Frank Porter Graham Student Union. Students present posters and deliver talks in concurrent poster and panel sessions. The Celebration is sponsored by the Office for Undergraduate Research and co-sponsored by The Roosevelt Institute. The goal of the Celebration is to showcase and encourage meaningful research in all disciplines by undergraduates at the UNC-Chapel Hill.

If you wish to participate in the showcase, the deadline to complete the Abstract Submission form for the 2016 Celebration is March 1, 2016 (sooner if possible). You will be asked to list your UNC faculty advisor. Many students will not have finished their research at the time abstracts are due. This is common and in this case the abstract should include a description of the process and preliminary expectations.
