20160109_Andrea-Bohlman-200x250Andrea Bohlman is a historical musicologist who studies the recent past with a commitment to archival engagement, ethnomusicological methods and music analysis, as well as oral history and sound studies. Her research asserts a place for music and sound in the cultural history of East Central Europe through the present. She is an assistant professor of music at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

This event is part of the Center for European Studies’ Spring Lecture Series.
