Sarah Miller Frazer ’16

Sarah Miller Frazer (MA ’16) is currently a Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning Specialist for the Governance and Economic Development Division within the International Development Group at RTI International. While in the Global Studies MA program, Sarah was awarded a merit assistantship for the 2014-2015 academic year and completed an internship with RTI international during the summer of 2015.

Sarah’s capstone was entitled “A Mixed Methods Framework for Measuring Women’s Economic Empowerment”. Of her time in the Global Studies MA program, Sarah offered:

“My MA experience gave me new skills and knowledge, helped me build connections, and helped prepare me for the profession I’m in now.”
